Bending Agent for Refractory Plastic

Refractory plastic is consist of high proportion granularity，powder shape material ，and low proportion binding agent and other components, or even made of totally granularity and powder shape material, which are used by ramming hard.
Most plastic should use suitable bending agent , some don’t use and some just adds few fluxing mediums.
Acid ramming mass usually use sodium silicate, ethyl silicateas, and silica gel etc, as bonding agent while dry ramming mass mainly use borate. Alkaline ramming mass usually use magnesian chlorate and sulfate, high carbon organic matter bonding agent which can form a carbon bond and temporary binder are also often used .
Among them dry ramming mass use appropriate fluxing agent which add some iron.
