EBT Tap Hole Refractories for EAF

EBT tap hole refractories consist of end brick，surrounding and sleeves.
Dry ramming material is used to fill the surrounding and sleeves of the tap hole to facilitate hot replacement. The end brick of tap hole is the magnesia carbon brick or magnesia chrome brick, zirconium brick etc. The common magnesia carbon brick is made of high purity sintered magnesia and flake graphite with anti-oxidant. The sleeves is also a resin-bonded magnesium carbon brick, using fused magnesia and flake graphite as the main raw materials, anti-oxidants added. The surrounding brick is asphalt impregnated magnesia brick made of high quality sintered magnesia as the main raw material.
