Aluminum carbon bricks

Aluminum-carbon brick is made of super grade blast furnace alumina clinker, flake graphite and SiC as the main raw materials, antioxidants and other additives, phenolic resin as the binder, compression molding, according to the composition of fired and non-fired compact type (firing temperature is greater than 1450℃) and ordinary type of aluminum-carbon brick (cured at low temperature of 200~250℃). Blast furnace alumina-carbon brick has a variety of excellent properties, such as low porosity, low permeability, high compressive strength, high thermal conductivity, slag resistance, alkali resistance, molten iron corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance.
