Repair amorphous refractories used for lining of thermal equipment by spray construction method. It is composed of refractory aggregate, binder and admixture (including coagulant, plasticizer, sinter aid and mineralization agent, etc.) with certain particle gradation, and generally belongs to thermal or pneumatic rigid materials. Spray repair is usually a maintenance method when the furnace lining is partially damaged too early and most of it is still in good condition. It can make the lining reach equilibrium or close to equilibrium damage. It is characterized by simple construction, short construction period, no need for formwork and support, and can effectively extend the lining life and reduce the consumption of refractory materials.
