Manufacture Methods of Insulation Castable

High-performance insulation refractory castable is consist of high-quality aggregate，powder，binding agent and admixture，followings are the main manufacture methods:
1) High-quality aggregate and powder are the main material, add some binding agent and admixture (mostly blowing agent). Sometimes a few lightweight aggregates are added to adjust the bulk density and performance.
2)Bubble refractory castable is consists of the refractory bubble as the aggregate and the same material or better quality material as powder, binding agent, and admixture are added as well.
3)High-performance insulation refractory castable is consists of high-quality multi-clinker or microporous material as aggregate, the same material or better material as powder, binding agent, and admixture are added as well.
