What Material of Checker Brick

The main functions of checker are storing and offering power so it should be heat resistant（more than 1400℃），anti-erosion，store more heat，well heat transfer，good thermal shock resistance and have a long service life.
In the past, clay checker bricks are used general and high alumina checker bricks are applied to top of regenerator where has a higher temperature .
However, with the volatilization of some materials,the alkaline matters that comes down with the exhaust gas, are easily producing low-temperature eutectic with refractories at high temperature.
