Grate Type Combustion Chamber

High strength low cement castable is generally used for grate type incinerator, low cement SiC castable (40% SiC) would be better choice with wear-resistance ,resistance to attach, exposure to liquid chemicals. And the working layer can use clay or spray paint plastic and insulation castable is used for tundish and permanent layer. High strength high alumina castable is used for ash hole where wears and tears by raw material. Secondary combustion chamber also uses spray paint plastic. What’s more, boiler tube(water cooling tube) is used for recycling extra heat and reduce the temperature of combustion chamber wall. For protecting these boiler tubes, SiC refractory products with heat conduction are used generally.
