Direction of Development of Fused Cast Refractories

In the glass production process, fused cast refractory is an important factor, which directly affects the quality of glass and the efficiency and cost of kiln. The amount of fused cast refractory in each glass kiln is different, but it is roughly 6%-10% of the total amount of refractory in the whole kiln.
According to foreign literature reports, in the past 20 years, many countries use fused cast lattice brick, can be in the whole kiln period (8-10 years) without the need for replacement.
