The quality of the existing anhydrous gun sludge is unstable and the erosion resistance is not good. We hereby provide a kind of anhydrous gun sludge with high strength, good plasticity, stable volume and good erosion resistance. The technical scheme is as follows:
Using high alumina aggregate, corundum, silicon carbide, boron nitride, asphalt and coke as the main raw materials, through the coordination of additive soft clay and tar, this kind of anhydrous shotcrete is prepared by battering, grinding and molding.
The prepared anhydrous cannon has good compressive strength and slag resistance. The cannon can be drawn quickly without fracture after the plug. It is suitable for use in 2500m3 large blast furnace.
