Intensification melting is to reduce the temperature gradient and melting degree of the material liquid in the furnace to the lowest, in order to get the uniform melting degree of the material liquid, in order to get a high casting pass rate and low power consumption, so the thinner the water-cooled material lining, the higher the pass rate of the casting.
The casting temperature is 1780-1840℃. The density of casting can be improved only by increasing the temperature of material liquid, but the pouring temperature of thin brick with small mass must be lower than normal.
After the treatment, it is necessary to cover the insulation materials in time, so as to avoid uneven shrinkage of products and crack.
