CA-50 Cement Refractory Castable
The CA-50 cement refractory castable by aggregate and powder or admixture composition, adds CA-50 cement as binder, stirring with water and then forming, comes into being after maintenance.
The features of this castable are easy to work ,cheap,high strength,available and hardening quickly.
CA-50cement refractory castable is widely used in steel rolling heating furnace and other thermal equipments,such as boiler and kiln in petrochemical industry.

We should know that the proportion not always maintain the same .In order to meet the usage requirements ,the proportion of ingredients will be decided in production or constructionaccording to the types of raw material and the application environment .
Admixtures should be added as far as possible to improve performance.
In general, the total amount of CA-50 cement and refractory powder is 27-30%,and aggregate is 70-73%. the amount of CA-50 cement is 100-200.
The maxusage temperature of CA-60 cement refractory castable is about1500℃, it is high strength and hardened quickly.
