Whole Porous Plug

Whole porous plug is suitable for iron and steel smelting field to improve efficiency and blowout rate and increase safety.
When working, the high brick core should be blown with argon first. When the safety standard is reached, the high brick core should be stopped, and the ventilation pipe should be transferred to the low brick core. Under ideal condition, the permeable brick cover above the low brick core will be washed away by liquid steel, revealing the bottom of the low brick core. By using oxygen gun to knock down or burn the upper porous plug , the low porous plug core can be ready for use, which can effectively replace the porous plug brick core to continue to use, and extend the life of porous plug under the condition of continuous use of ladle.
