Alkali Resistance Castable for Cement Kiln

The high strength, alkali resistance and crust resistance castable is used in cement kiln refractory castable technology field.
This castable can overcome the existing cement kiln with alkali resistant skin resistant refractory castable crust blockage, so that the material operation is blocked, in these parts to remove the skin blockage is very difficult, affecting the normal production and other deficiencies.
The ratio of raw materials shall be based on the following weight percentage:
High voltage electric porcelain block 3-6mm 8~12%; High voltage electric porcelain block material 1-3mm 15%-20%; High voltage electric porcelain block material less than 1mm 15-20%; Silicon carbide 1-3mm 5-8%; Silicon carbide less than 1mm2~5%; Silicon carbide powder 5~8%; 2-5% silica fume; Pure calcium aluminate cement 2-5%; Burnt gem powder 3-6%.
