Reason of Damage to AZS Brick

Generally, 33# WS casting AZS paving brick is used for the bottom of glass melter, above the insulation according to uniform thickness and technology requirements.
Different parts of the bottom have erosion in different degrees. When the AZS paving brick is eroded completely， the insulation will be eroded very soon and affect  the safe operation of glass melter. So it is very important to inhance the anti-erosion performance of heavily eroded part material.
We can replace the #33 AZS brick with more anti-erosion #41 AZS brick.
The surface temperature of molybdenum electrode in the glass melter bottom can reach 2000℃.
Good anti-erosion 41# AZS brick is suitable for electrode hole brick because the erosion of electrode hole bricks by high temperature is very serious.
