Alumina bubble brick
Alumina bubble brick is one of the ultra-temperature insulation materials, which is made of alumina bubble and alumina powder, fired with other binding agents.
It works well for reducing the furnace weight, improving construction, saving raw material and powder.

If using heavy bricks the insulation material are also needed. If using alumina bubble brick to reach the same temperature,1.1-1.9 tons of heavy brick can be saved each cubic meter and 80% insulation materials can be saved too.

Alumina bubble does well in heat insulation with low thermal conductivity. It can reduce heat dissipation, improve thermal efficiency and then save power more than 30%.
Alumina bubble and related products are heat-resistant and energy-saving lightweight refractory material, it works stably in any atmosphere especially for the 1800℃ high-temperature kiln furnace. Alumina bubble can be used for high temperature, ultra temperature insulation paddings, high-temperature fire-resistant concrete light aggregate, and high-temperature castable.
