How to make clay slurry

When common clay brick is produced by the semi-dry process the soft clay usually used for slurry and then made into pug for giving full play to the binding ability of clay.
How to make clay slurry？The process is as follows: water is firstly added, later the soft clay will be added in the wheel vane mixer. It is OK after stirring 2 hours and the density of slurry should between 1.14-1.20g/cm3. In order to keep liquidity, the temperature should not less than 40℃ by steam heating in winter.
