Pit Furnace

Pit furnace is also one of heat treatment furnaces used in rolling mills. It is composed of furnace cover, furnace wall, furnace bottom and heat exchange device. Its function is to heat the ingot uniformly to the rolling temperature for rolling mill into large, medium and small billets, and then rolling into various steels. If it is a continuous casting billet, it can be rolled directly into a variety of steel, there is no need to go through the soaking pit heating. The working environment of pit furnace lining is as follows :(1) it can withstand high temperature for a long time; (2) Suffer from ingot wear and the impact of charging machine clamp; The furnace cover is often opened and closed, and the furnace lining is subjected to rapid cooling and rapid heating.
