Plate Glass Kiln

Plate glass kiln consists of tank furnace, regenerative chamber and molten tin bath.
Glass batch will be sent into the glass kiln , then enter the cooling department through neck after preheating, melting, clarification and homogenizing, finally enter the molten tin bath after passing the runner and lip brick.
After preheating in the regenerator, the air enters the small furnace and is mixed with fuel to burn, producing transverse flame to heat the glass liquid. The waste gas enters the opposite regenerator to heat the checker and is finally vented from the kiln. Transverse flame changes direction periodically in the kiln. Heat storage and exothermic processes are carried out alternately in the checker. Then the regenerator can recover the waste heat of the exhaust gas continuously and preheat the combustion air.
